23/01/2012....

Run: I have run two laps for three weeks and my aim is to do three laps for three weeks. I find that if I run and walk I make good progress. Hopefully with building up my laps I can do a whole lap running wihtout stopping by the time I do four laps.
Feedback on phrase from Beth:
I was fluid (this is an improvement). I need to have my arm more raised and I need to get to know the routine better.
Feedback to Beth on phrase:
Keep your head lowered, relax your hands throughout the phrase and make sure the upper leg is straight before it bends.
Feedback on jumps from Steph:
When jumping into parallel make sure you don't turn your feet in, soften the neck and go through the knees and pull them up.
Feedback on jumps to Steph:
Keep you neck softened and make sure you go through the knees and plie.

This picture is what I imagined when we were having our arms softened; it was a strange sensation of length and growth and relaxing tingles.
