Ballet: I've made improvements by not sitting in my hip and locking my knees back as much. I have also found I arch my back (like a banana) when I'm at the barre.
IPP1 with Florence Peek:
Words with movement when done with a partner can make a conversation. A new language can be made and performed and spoken through improvisation. A E I O U sounds with movement to get the body moving, using the consequences game to make a story and picking words to put with movements to make a conversation.
