February.....

During an improv class I found some really useful information come to me: it was that the spine was a 3rd limb and that I should use that to my advantage. Using this I found the imagery of using the arena like sails or a kite really helped my movement. 

During another class I found during a warm up that the leangthning of the body before movement is also very benifissial 
I have also found by revisiting the star fish has helped my movement, how ever I have found that trying to bring this connection back during things such as feldencrise makes me feel sick, so I'm am learning there is a time and a place for each warm up.
