I
have been looking at how everything links together and questioning the
knowlage of knowing what is connected, and weather being aware of these
connections helps movement become more fluid.
I am linking what
we are doing in BMC in with our landing exersize's and with other
lessons (working with BMC, the mouthing pattern and digestive system as a
main focus point). The mouthing pattern and digestive systems are the things I really getting along with as I feel I can get a deeper connection to my movement by focusing on these.
Im still not fully convinced about feldencrist, however our last lesson involving the shoulder movements was really helpful for me as I felt more inline and you could visibly see the difference in my posture.
Lots of anatomical questions are being raised
through self study work as I am fining it more and more
fascinating that the body is like a machine
