Session 4....

For a warm up we changed from hands on to doing a small score of starting on the floor and moving positions every now and then we then continue to speed up until we were contently moving.

Solo's -
What is a solo? When one person is singled out to be the best? And is it a solo if it's more than one of you? Even when it's a duet?
Do you get solo's in life? Artists, dancers, musicians and actors get solos, but what about normal people?
- My Solo
I had the word bond like James Bond, but I then changed it to bond like a connection. Another of my words was floor and a phrase was a 'a breath of fresh air'. So I worked on my connection between my breath and the floor.
A phrase was different opinions from different back grounds create different story's. Like an audiences feed back.
