Session 3....

Skinner Warm up -
I'm loving our daily skinner relising warm up. For this form of movement I differently feel this is the best way to awaken the body. Today I was with Jeniece and she gave the perfect amount of oresure and it was an amazing way to start the day.
One of the scores Sekr has given us that we keep revisiting is eye contact you have to keep or make or brake the contact. I like this because I find that it helps your connection and to move the score forwards.
We did another group score
- More siriouse
- Less contact
- Deeper connection
- Less floor work

MY SOLO
- Focusing on the breath and the rythem of the body
- One of my sentences was 'have you seen the new bond film?' So I tried to mix a bond pose with a yoga pose.
- The side stretch in to a ball flicked round in to a natural legs up possition.
- From here I do some leg swings, catch one leg and loop the other through while rolling.
- When I land I slide with half scizzards legs curl to a ball then swing round to sitting to find the sit bones.
- I then roll and cross my legs and followed to a one legged downwards dog, stand, then back down to the floor.
- I start by circling my hands making them in to big circles to relate to the breathing.
- I then roll om to my front and start again.

Speed -
Another score we have been working with is starting from a very slow speed up to  fast. I find this exercise can vairy on the mood I am in that day and the state of my physical and mentle well being.

Word Assosiation -
We wrote about anything, all read it out and went on words others said.
Hairy feet - hobbit - Callum - beer - 6 pack - doughnuts - jam -hands off - hands on - Katie - what - who - you where - now - tomorrow - Seke -dance.

Wrighting -
I like everything to look neet and tidy. Like a house what if someone pops round unexpected and the carpet isn't vacuumed or there is dust on the telly and dirty dishes and grimy bath rooms. They are going to be thinking you live in a pig stye, and the only person who can tell you that is your mum. And appearances, people who wear the same cloths two days in a row you notice, but you won't say anything, but its in the back of your mind. And when people don't shave (with out giving an excuse like 'I'm saving up for a wax') Or when the don't wear deodorant. Do they have no self respect?!
