24/01/12....

Larban, a practitioner, works on the use of actions to be used in movements and script direction. We looked at glide, punch, soft, flick, float, wring.
We looking at puppets and different types and sizes, also seeing how you can make a puppet out of a hankie by knotting it.
Contact improvisation:
Improved loads from when I started the course, contact improvisation is becoming clearer. I have to learn to trust and to put more weight into my partner, but my confidence has grown. When we were using skinner releasing, I found a point on the spine that relaxed Heyley's shoulder blades: when I walked my fingers up the spine, the whole part of the back just went soft. I have found skinner releasing technique really useful.
