These are our new workshop games

We looked at feeling full and empty. Balance swaying, seeing how far you can go before falling. Falling a little. The left is harder to balance on than the right, both up and down. Perched on your knees, it is nearly impossible to balance. Feeling more full than empty. It's hard to change from full to empty, using visualising helps. Found myself moving into sleeping movements. Maybe from feeling full.

Awakening the skull and tail by gently squeezing, it feels like walking after going on a treadmill, it feels like you're floating. I was partnered with Ben; when touching heads and moving our feedback was to push harder like a cat.
