Wake ups:
Running was harder today because of the cold. I felt like I couldn't make any progess because I felt like I had bricks in my calves.
Phrase:
To improve my phrase, I need to gain more strength in my upper arms. I can do this by going to the gym, yoga, pilates and cheerleading.
My feedback from Heyley was to relax into the floor more and this will make my routines look more fluid. My feedback to Heyley was for her to put her weight into her hands and her bum in the air when she does downwards dog.
My main issue is still locking my knees and putting my head up. I need to stop this but I don't know how. Any ideas?
