Wakes Ups:
Doing the run was not somethignthat I actualy wanted to do, but once I got in to it I found that I was very relaxed and thiswent on to help me in my next class, however all my muschelsfelt like jelly and were all shacky.
Technique and Phrase:
I found that running in the morning really relaxed me and I was more inclined to 'run with porpose' and after three weeks off I found I was able tofall in to everything with more ease.

I need to not extend and reach as much beacuse im over reaching.
Be sure of direction
Make sure put the right leg down and put my weight on the right leg.
