Feedback From Hannah....

We went through our basic dance routine to 'Heartbeats' in Andrea's lessons.
Here is the feedback Hannah gave me:
-keep the head down and the leg straight to the floor on the lean back. This can be done by putting all your weight in to the floor
-The headstand movement has improved because the legs are not going into the air and the pelvis is.
-I've improved loads from last week, I just need to work on letting go of the ballet side of me to get the full freedom of my movements.
-I need to sort my angles and directions out.
