At the start of term my arms were really week at the start of the term, but as term has gone on my strength has improved along with my core strength.
Im still recovering from an injury however Pilates is really helping me to get back on track s well as helping me with my reoccurring ankle injury.
As I want to do a teaching course in Pilates Im reading Darcey Bussells 'Pilates for Life' to help me to get a better veiw.
