A Little Yoga Check In....

The first three weeks were painful as I was quite stiff, but as I am doing two lessons a week it has got easier.
I have found that my strength and core have improved alot and I feel I have caught up to were I was at the end of last year and I can now go forwards.
My flexibility has improved loads and Im now not far off the far off the splits.
Yoga may not be my favorite thing but it's very good for me.
