Starting with a skinner warm up. Rocking is really good and is such a good way of getting rid of tension quickly. Movement will now be easier to do.
Carrying on with the suitcase movement - to classical music. I would like to do this score with point shoes on.

My Journey -
OCD - washing clothes - my Mum - washing clothes.
I started by exploding a tabulate and frothing up the water, the I made a volcano motion with my hands and played for a bit before washing my top and plunging and splashing. Then I put the wet top over my clothes and stood in the water.
My Feed Back...
- Play with water longer
- Maybe not put the top on to the skin
- Try it in underwear and put wet clothes on.
- Don't play with the plastic bit.
