-Wake Up
I have found Ben and Jame's wake ups really helpful to build my core and arm strength. I need to work on confidence in contact and just try to let things flow....

I felt very stiff when I started to move and the top of my foot was very tight and tendor.
I found working with the skull, ribs and pelvis very helpful to become aware of a connection through my body and it really helped me and relive tension. Everything was smooth, gliding and elegant.
Having spider fingers covering your skull, ribs and pelvis really helped just confirm my connection through my whole body.
After moving with all of this I found my feet were clearer which was something I had worked on, all I did was give my self the imagery of 'sticky feet'
Something I have to improve on is moving forwards contently and not going backwards, which is harder than you think....
