TASK 1
moving the peripherys (legs and arms) and not the spine felt like I had to engage my inner core more to stay balenced.
moving just my spine was alot more relaxing and even though I wasn't moving anything else I found it easyer.
I find that I can move my joints as freely as I would like to as everytime I rotate my hip or shoulder joint it crunches. Maybe this is something I can put in my body story?
The joints in my elbows and knees are easyer to move than the joints in my hip and shoulder joints.
Thinking about it I was suprised at how much movement there is in the hands and feet and also how shock absorbent they are and how much weight they can take.
I found that these are very one direction joints and to move them out of their natural direction can be painfull.
I find that when I need to move out the way or change direction my bbody tends to riple out the way.
TASK 2
Feling the ribs while lieing down was a little strange as everytime I poked them I could feel the muscle inside the ribs spazam slightly. Breathing felt free when I was on my back and front, but as soon as I rolled on to my side I could feel my ribs close in and restrict the breathing.
TASK 3
It was hard to controle the muscles in my stomach at first, but I found that if you do smaller movements thereis no buldge and it works the deeper band of muscle more.
Its hard to relese weight in to the skull, but when I managed it I found my spine relaxing and even clicking.
I found that I hold my breath lots when I go in to this crunch position and I find im holding my breath alot to keep my stomach in.
