Using the word's 'soft bone's is alot easyer to imagin and work with than using the words 'spongy hips'. I felt like I was swimming and walking on the bottom of the ocean
When our torso's were being leanthend and when we were eing lead round the room it was like being a puppet as everything was loose and relaxed.
When we were explosring our hands and feet I found that hands are more flexible than feet, thats why the hand has turns and spirils to show felibility and the feet have straight lines to show streanth.
Pilate:
I havn't done pilets in a while so it was a little hard to get back in to it. I noticed that the extra arch in my spine is proventing me from keeping my pelvis on the floor. Why is it doing this?
