05/03/2012....

Run:
I was able to focus and do pretty much a whole lap running, my only obsitcal now is the hill ,if I can work out how to pace my self up the hill I can start to work on more laps.
Phrase:
I really enjoyed my phrase class today. I felt at ease with our new coreography and would like to work on it more.
Feedback to and from Katie:
It was nice and fluid and flowing, improvements are to leaghnthen my arms and to keep my pelvis down in press up's.
