The Run
This morning the run was hard. It was cold, I was cold and I was stiff to start off the run and by
the time I had finished I was so cold and stiff I felt like a block of ice. Needless to say I did not hit my target this week.
Phrase
I still felt stiff in the warm up but as we warmed up and got into it more I felt myself melting. I have also improved on not locking back, softening the arms and staying in parallel.

Relax arms, they look too placed and need to look like they have been swung.

All of these can be solved by softening!!!!!
