Pilates:
My breathing had improved but there is still room for more improvement. My balance has improved a little bit due to my breathing. I think once I get my breathing right, everthing will fall into place.

Melting the melting with a rise (like cheese fondue)
Softening the knees felt easy and it was quick and fluid. I think this skinner release technique works for softneing the knees. It was really relaxed.
