Improv:
We partnered up and released the muscles in the arms, shoulders, back, and legs by squeezing the skin to release the tension like a massage. We also got to remember our routines. We improvised and added some more to it by deciding which part of the spine to lead with. I chose the appendix spine. I then taught my choreography to Emma and she taught me hers.
Ballet:
I was working on trying not to lock my knees back and use my thighs more. It's harder than it sounds.
Technique:
We reviewed the routines we have been looking at.
